The support portal is token-gated and is not publicly accessible. Support data is stored in our database and used only to resolve your support request.

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal identifiers. We collect aggregated, anonymous data about page views and site performance to improve our website. This data cannot be used to identify individual visitors.

• Cloudflare (USA) — DNS management

None of these services have access to your data beyond what is necessary to provide their specific function. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

Data Storage and Security

Form submissions are stored in our cloud database (Supabase). We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data Retention

• Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months or until your inquiry is resolved, whichever is longer.
• Support tickets are retained for up to 24 months after the last activity on the ticket.
• Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous — no personal data is retained.
